A Business Administration graduate and Latina entrepreneur, Wendy brings strategic leadership, operational structure, and a deep commitment to service excellence. Having co-owned and operated multiple successful restaurant concepts, she leads with resilience, accountability, and a hospitality-first mindset that enhances both soldier experience and client confidence.
